Tuesday- Skinny Taste Fiesta Lime Rice
This is probably one of my favorite recipes lately. I eat it once a week.
Thursday- stuffed bell peppers with leftover fiesta rice topped with cheese
Friday- Sesame Seared Tuna (from Pinterest)
