This is my perfect work outfit. The shirt is cool for the summer, but still dressy. And the pants are super comfy. I was worried about what to wear when I read to mix fancy and casual. But I figured this feminine, lacy, pink shirt and shoes are dressy, while the military green capris are pretty casual.

Fancy and casual...that won't be hard... Try using some 'fancy' jewelry to dress up a casual dress! I think you did a great job with dressy casual, the wrap top is beautiful!
